El Programa Mercosur Social y Solidario, presenta la sistematización de la Experiencia de intercambio, Programa Mercosur Social y Solidario – Experiencia Paraguay, 3 al 8 de abril de 2016. Modelos en disputa. Agronegocio vs. Agricultura familiar campesina.
La presente sistematización es resultado del encuentro de intercambio de experiencias realizadas en Paraguay del 3 al 8 de abril del presente año, en el marco de la temática de Soberanía Alimentaria del
Programa Mercosur Social y Solidario (PMSS).
Participación de este intercambio de representantes de organizaciones sociales, en especial de organizaciones campesinas de Argentina, Brasil, Chile, Francia y Paraguay.
El PMSS frente a un contexto de cambios políticos en la región, en el cual se produce la reorganización de la derecha, considera importante ser parte de la disputa ideológica y cultural de los modelos en pugna, buscando colaborar en la rearticulación de los movimientos sociales y en la revalorización de las micro experiencias de construcción del Estado y de las políticas públicas desde la experiencia de esos movimientos sociales.
